Wine Club FAQ's
How much does membership cost?
Our wine club membership is $125 (plus tax) each quarter. This price includes three bottles of wine, shipping, and additional member perks.
How long will my membership last?
After your first two membership payments, you are able to cancel at any time. Should you choose to cancel, simply email your request to hello@fiftylevencollection.com. Inactive accounts will be automatically cancelled after six months.
Which wines can I expect to receive in my shipment?
Each shipment is selected from the wines currently available in our collection. Unfortunately, we are unable to permit substitutions, but the wines do vary as much as possible. As we continue to grow and expand, any new wines added to the collection will be included in the next shipment following its release.
Where are you able to ship?
We are able to provide shipping to VA, DC, FL, and AK only. We are working to expand this to additional states in the near future. At delivery, each package must be signed for by someone 21 years or older.
How soon after billing will my wine be shipped to me?
Wine club processing will occur on or around the first business day of February, May, August, and November. Members will have their wines shipped within three business days of payment processing unless otherwise notified. The date of delivery depends on your delivery state. Under certain weather conditions, we may delay shipping to ensure your wines arrive safely. A UPS tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment, provided we have your email address on file.
How can I update my membership information?
All updates to your membership information must be submitted in writing to our Wine Club team at hello@fiftylevencollection.com. To ensure you receive your club installments, please maintain up-to-date billing and/or shipping information. Changes or cancelations made after club processing may be subject to extra charges.
